Our Mission
“To provide private school teachers with basic social amenities.”
This mission is at the heart of PSTAN’s initiatives. Many private school teachers face challenges such as low wages, lack of healthcare, inadequate housing, and financial instability. Why PSTAN’s Mission Matters
Private school teachers contribute immensely to the nation’s education sector, yet many lack access to the fundamental amenities necessary for a decent standard of living. By fulfilling its mission, PSTAN ensures that these educators receive the recognition, support, and basic needs they deserve.
Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and direct intervention, PSTAN is committed to transforming the lives of private school teachers, empowering them to focus on their calling—educating and shaping the next generation.
